KANKAKEE – Today, State Representative Jackie Haas (R-Kankakee) announced that she will be hosting her third annual school supply drive for local students in need. The drive will run from July 7th through July 23rd. Supplies can be dropped off at Rep. Haas’ district office, located at 187 S. Schuyler Avenue, Suite 110 in Kankakee. Collected supplies will be distributed at National Night Out and Park Forest Youth Day.
“Right now, families across Illinois are worried about how they will afford school supplies for the upcoming school year,” said Rep. Haas. “Every child deserves the supplies they need to succeed, which is why my office is hosting our third annual school supply drive. I encourage any residents who are able to join us in ensuring our next generation has the materials they need to thrive!”

- #2 Pencils
- Pink erasers
- Notebooks
- Folders
- Binders
- Crayons
- Colored Pencils
- Markers
- Glue Sticks
